Refund Policy

For transparency reasons, we make the following explicit.

The booked and paid session is cancellable without any penalty up to 24 hours before the appointment.

In this case, the client can decide whether to have the full amount paid back, or to reschedule the session to a different date and time.

If the client cancels the session on the same day of the appointment,, Dolphin Academy reserves the right to assess, depending on the case, whether or not to withhold 30% of the amount already paid, in the form of compensation, and to reimburse the remaining 70%.

In this case, the client is free to reschedule the cancelled session for another date and time, by accessing the Book online page again and paying anew the price for the new session

If the session is cancelled by the operator (Sveva Mati Guidotti) the very day of the appointment, due to sudden and unforeseeable impediments, the client is free to request a full refund for the money already paid, or to reschedule the session already purchased on another date and time.

In case of refund, the client can choose to receive the money by bank transfer or by accreditation on his/her PayPal account.
